Here's how it works:

• Download and log-in to the SOUND HSA mobile app. You can sign in with your Nostr private key (nsec), or signing app on Android, or create a new nostr account!
• Connect your lightning address.
• Take the required amount of steps during the challenge period! 
• Upload pictures to Nostr and use #MovetoEarn. 
• Click on the health tab to track your progress throughout the week.
• Once you’ve hit the steps, hit the “complete challenge” button in the app’s Move to Earn tab.
• Earn sats, paid out instantly via the Lightning Network.
